Nuts are both peanuts. We call peanuts here as nuts. Boiled nuts can be used as snacks and snacks, and can also be used with wine and porridge. It is the great love of Tianjin people. The seasoning for boiled nuts can be rich or simple, according to personal taste. In the summer, I added several seasonal Chinese herbal medicines such as ebony, licorice, tangerine peel, hawthorn slices and so on.

1. Prepare pepper, aniseed, cinnamon, bay leaves, ebony, licorice, tangerine peel, hawthorn slices, red dates

2. Wash ebony, licorice, and hawthorn slices and soak in cold water

3. Wash tangerine peel and red dates and soak in cold water

4. Wash the pepper, aniseed, cinnamon and bay leaves and put them in the inner pot of the rice cooker, and put the ebony plum in the inner pot of the rice cooker and add appropriate amount of water

5. Put the inner pot of the rice cooker into the rice cooker, close the lid and energize to cook

6. After boiling, the peanuts and the water used to soak the peanuts are cooked in the rice cooker.

7. Boil the pot again, and cook the licorice and hawthorn slices together with the water soaked in the licorice and hawthorn slices into the rice cooker.

8. Boil the pot again, clean the dried tangerine peels and red dates again, and cook them in the rice cooker.

9. Boil the pot again, add sugar and stir evenly and continue to boil

10. Boil until the peanuts 8 and 9 are cooked, add salt and stir evenly and continue to cook

11. Boil until the peanuts are cooked, cut off the power and let cool, pour it into a container together with the marinade and soak for a period of time, put it in the refrigerator, and take it as you eat.

Tips:

1. The seasoning is added according to personal taste, taking into account physical condition, season, climate and other factors;
2. After the peanuts are cooked, they should not be eaten immediately. They will taste better after being soaked in the juice for a period of time.
