[tianxi's Kitchen] Minimal Version of Homemade Tofu

Ingredients: a piece of braised tofu, sliced into small pieces after draining.
(There are still a lot of vegetables in the refrigerator, but they don’t go well with this piece of tofu)

First cut the tofu into small pieces, set up a frying pan, and fry each side until golden.

Divide into the pan several times, drain the oil after frying,

Finally, pour these fried tofu cubes into the pan, drizzle with fresh soy sauce, add some water and cook it, and when the juice is delicious, you can serve it out of the pan.
Tips:
This dish is actually homemade tofu. I usually fry the tofu with garlic after the tofu is fried, or stir-fry the meat with green peppers, green peppers, red peppers, and fungus. It's delicious. This time I will just give it a shot, but it's a rare one. Try it, the taste is still good.
