Tiger Skin Cake Roll
1.
The egg white and yolk are separated. Pour the egg whites of 8 eggs into the mixing bucket.
2.
Add a transparent protective cover, turn on the switch, and adjust from 1 speed to 4 speed. After 2 minutes, the egg white has been wet foamed, add 150 grams of sugar from the feeding port of the protective cover and continue to beat.
3.
Add the egg yolk to the salad oil and stir to fuse, then add the remaining sugar and orange diced fruit [usually add milk, this time use orange diced instead], and finally add flour and baking powder to make a batter.
4.
Beat the eggs to make a paste.
5.
Take one third of the egg batter and add it to the batter and mix well.
6.
Add the rest of the egg batter and mix well.
7.
Pour the cake batter into the baking tray, smooth it with a knife, squeeze a thin strip on the surface with a piping bag with egg yolk, and take a toothpick to make a tiger skin decoration pattern.
8.
Put it in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for about 8 minutes, and take out the yellowing on the surface.
9.
Let it dry for a while and buckle it back on the greased paper.
10.
Spread the jam and roll up from one side.
11.
Roll into a tube shape.
12.
Use fruit orange instead of milk, it tastes a bit sweet and sour, and it is more appetizing if you eat it earlier.
