Tiger Skin Chili
1.
Wash the screw peppers, remove the stalks, break them into small sections, put them directly in the pot, stir-fry them softly over a low heat, without oil, and fry them until the surface is slightly browned.
2.
Stir it up and serve it out for later use.
3.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it up.
4.
Add chili and stir fry.
5.
Add the right amount of salt, you must put the salt here, otherwise the pepper will not taste good later.
6.
Add vinegar.
7.
Add sugar and stir fry evenly.
8.
Sprinkle a little MSG at the end.
9.
The spicy tiger-skin chili is ready.
Tips:
The screw pepper is relatively spicy. If you can't eat too spicy, you can replace it with bell pepper or vegetable pepper. The method is the same.
