Tin Foil Enoki Mushroom

Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms, wash them, and put them in a tin box. There is no tin paper box at home. I folded one by myself with tin foil. You can also put the tin foil directly into the pan without folding it.

Heat oil in a wok, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, stir fry with chopped red pepper and chopped green onion

After the chopped green onion is sautéed, add the sauce and boil. Sauce: one spoon of oyster sauce, two spoons of very fresh, two spoons of water, a little sugar, stir well.

Pour the fried sauce on top of enoki mushrooms

Put the tin box containing the enoki mushrooms in a pan, set it on the fire and start heating, and let the sauce bubble in the pan for another two minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.
Tips:
Flammulina velutipes is easy to cook, do not heat it for too long.
Oyster sauce and light soy sauce are both salty. I didn't add salt. If the mouth is heavy, you can add a little salt.
