Toast Bean Paste Roll
1.
Prepare the ingredients.
2.
Beat the eggs.
3.
Toast slices are rolled out thin, I use whole wheat toast.
4.
Spread a layer of red bean paste. The homemade bean paste I used is more grainy. Leave a small blank on the top of the toast, and apply an appropriate amount of egg liquid to make it easy to glue and seal when rolled up.
5.
Roll up from the bottom up, with the seal facing down.
6.
The rolled toast is dipped in egg wash.
7.
Dip another layer of bread crumbs.
8.
Fill the pot with oil and heat, add toast rolls, and fry on medium to small heat.
9.
Fry until golden brown.
