Toast Bread
1.
Put all the ingredients in the bread bucket in the order of liquid first, then powder, press the custom button for about 60 minutes (kneading dough for about 20 minutes, press the pause button to put butter and continue to kneading dough)
2.
After the kneading is over, grab a small piece of dough to see if you can spread out a thin mold. If you can, you can start a serving.
3.
One shot is 2-2.5 times the size of the dough
4.
After the shot is finished, take it out for air reshaping, and rub it into a strip after the air is exhausted.
5.
After kneading the long strips, cut them into two large and two small pieces with a knife, and then round each of them.
6.
The rounded dough is pressed into the shape of the dough with the palm of your hand (if you want to put something, you can put it at this time)
7.
Then roll it up from one side (pictured)
8.
This is all rolled up and placed in the mold (the two small pieces rolled up are placed on one end of the mold, and the two larger dough balls are rolled out for the winning)
Tips:
The amount I made is for a family of three. If you make too much, you can’t finish it. If you need to do more and increase or decrease proportionally.
