The ingredients are ready, but the pure milk forgot to put it in

Pour all the liquid together and stir evenly

Pour the flour into a dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment

Fermentation becomes bigger and your fingers won’t rebound immediately if you press it down

Roll into skin

Fold in half and roll into a roll

Leave some space outside and continue to ferment until it is full, then put it in the oven

Brush the egg liquid on the surface. I covered it with fluffy tin foil and bake it with water on the bottom. Because I always feel that the single bake is too hard. After preheating, bake at 150 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
