Toast Pudding
1.
First cut the toast into small cubes and put it in a baking bowl. We are baking today, so we need to use a heat-resistant baking bowl, not an ordinary rice bowl
2.
Prepare the milk, beat in the eggs and stir evenly, stir well, there will be bubbles on the surface, you can filter it, the taste after filtration will be very delicate
3.
Pour the stirred milk and egg liquid into the baking bowl, and pour it slowly, and pour it all over
4.
Use a small spoon to gently press the bread cubes so that all the bread cubes have absorbed the milk and egg liquid
5.
Seeing that the bread cubes are soft, sprinkle a layer of oatmeal with dried fruit, don’t stir it, just put it in the oven
6.
Preheat the oven up and down, 180 degrees, place the middle layer in a baking bowl, bake for 20 minutes, and observe the color in the middle. If you see the oatmeal is a little discolored, you can cover it with tin foil. You can eat it in the air, it's delicious both cold and hot
Tips:
The time of the oven is set according to the temperament of the own oven. Pay attention to the middle, don't let the oatmeal bake, the oatmeal itself is cooked and crisp. Cover with tin foil in time to prevent the bread from being baked through but the oats are mushy. Because of the effect of the egg, the toast in the bowl will be bulged and look very tall. It is the best time to cover the tin foil when the bread cubes are rising.
If you don’t have my kind of oatmeal, you can just use ordinary ones, but you must use ready-to-eat ones instead of raw ones.
It's very delicious. If you like this bite, you must try it.
