Toast Pudding
1.
Spread a layer of softened butter on the inner wall of the baking bowl and set aside.
2.
Cut the toast into small pieces on the side (bigger grills can be cut larger).
3.
Beat the eggs with sugar in a large bowl and sift if necessary.
4.
Pour the whipped cream and mix (if you think the whipped cream is more greasy, you can choose to use milk).
5.
Dip the toast pieces in the custard, suck up the liquid, remove them and place them in a baking bowl. Don't soak for too long, otherwise the toast will become soft and it will not be easy to clip out.
6.
Place a layer of toast cubes and sprinkle a little bit of dried fruit, place another layer of toast cubes, and finally sprinkle a few pieces of dried fruit to decorate. Don't add too much, because it will expand during the baking process. If there is leftover custard, pour all into the baking bowl.
7.
Preheat the oven at 160 degrees. After preheating, put the baking bowl into the middle of the oven and bake for about 30 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
8.
It's out, eat it while it's hot.
9.
Beautiful desserts.
Tips:
1. Whipped cream can be replaced by liquid materials such as milk and soy milk.
2. Dried blueberries and cranberries can also be substituted with other dried fruits. Adding oatmeal is also a good choice.
3. Do not soak the toast in the liquid for too long, otherwise the toast will be soft and not easy to be caught.
4. Spread butter in the baking bowl beforehand, so that the bread cubes are not easy to dry and clump on the wall of the bowl, and it is easy to clean.
5. Use a small baking bowl to bake, just the right amount for one person. It doesn’t matter if you bake a few more bowls. If it’s cold, just return it to the oven and bake it for another 5 minutes.
