Toast pudding, crispy on the top, pudding on the bottom, very delicious, great for breakfast

Toast Pudding

1. Toast slices

2. Cut into pieces about 2 cm

3. Soak the dried fruit in advance

4. Stir the milk, eggs, whipped cream, and sugar to make the pudding liquid

5. Spread the toast chunks in a baking bowl and slowly pour a layer of pudding liquid on top

6. Spread walnuts, dried fruit, and diced yellow peaches on the toast block

7. Spread another layer of toast block

8. Pour the remaining pudding liquid, sprinkle dried fruit, walnuts, yellow peach diced on top, preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes

9. Put it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes

Tips:

1. Use large eggs;
2. Be sure to beat the pudding liquid evenly.
