120 grams of glutinous rice flour is made into a soft dough with warm water.

Kneaded out 24 small glutinous rice balls.

Put a small amount of glutinous rice balls and stir fry several times to prevent adhesion (be sure to stir fry on low heat, otherwise the glutinous rice balls will pop out)

The fried glutinous rice balls are used to absorb the excess oil with oil-absorbing paper.

Leave a little oil in the bottom of the pot and pour in the right amount of sugar.

Stir fry over medium and low heat to evenly heat the sugar.
