Tofu

Slice tofu, mince green onion and ginger,

Fry tofu until golden on both sides

Put the chopped green onion in oil and sauté fragrant, add chili and appropriate amount of water,

Add tofu, simmer on a low heat, and then collect the juice on a high heat.
Tips:
1. Don't cut the tofu too small or thin. Firstly, it will break up when it is fried, and secondly, the tofu will become hard and not tasty. \n\n2. It tastes in the hot sauce, so no seasoning is needed.
