Tofu and Mushroom Soup

Wash the mushrooms and cut into small pieces, shred the carrots, and cut the chives into small pieces

Heat the pan with less oil and sauté the scallions white
3.
Add the right amount of water, add the shiitake mushrooms

Add tofu and carrot shreds and bring to a boil

Adding chicken powder can make the soup taste richer
