Tofu and Shrimp Egg Custard

Prepare tofu and eggs

Treat the shrimp, wash and set aside

Stir the eggs into egg liquid

Add a small bowl of water (about 120ml) to the egg mixture, stir well, add a little salt and chicken essence to taste

Cut the jade tofu into several pieces, put them in the egg liquid, and place them according to your preference

Marinate the shrimp with a little pepper and cooking wine for a few minutes

Put the marinated shrimp on each piece of jade tofu

Put a layer of plastic wrap (to prevent the steam from flowing back into the egg liquid when the egg is steamed)

First boil the water in the steamer on the high fire, then put the eggs on top to steam, and steam for 10 minutes.
