Making tofu brains at home is actually super easy. Recently, it has been raining continuously in Shanghai. It is not too embarrassing to order takeaways in the morning. I bought soy beans to make tofu brains. feel, it's cool!

Ingredients

1. Soak the soybeans overnight, make them bigger and softer

Tips:
