Tofu Braised Fish

First, deep-fry the fish according to the way of deep-fried fish. The previous recipe has a detailed introduction, which is equivalent to eating two fish with one fish.

Cut the tofu into pieces and fry the fish for later use.

Cut celery and green onions into sections.

When the oil is hot, add ginger, spring onion, and celery and stir fry until fragrant. Then add fried fish and tofu and stir-fry. Add boiling water and simmer for 10 minutes, then season to taste.
