Ordinary tofu bought in the market, I bought about a pound

Put the tofu in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes after the pot is boiled. (Because the height of my steamer is a bit short, I divided the tofu into two pieces)

After it's steamed, cut the tofu into the size you need, I cut it a bit small (just steamed out, the lens is a bit empty)

Then put about 500 grams of peanut oil in the pot, it is best to put more ha, after the fire, put the cut tofu into the pot and start frying

Don’t turn the heat too high, just medium heat, and then fry for about 10 minutes. During this time, use a spatula to carefully flip the tofu, but don’t flip it too often. The tofu will be deep-fried and the color will become golden yellow. The pot is ready. The fragrant tofu bubble is made. You can eat hot pot soup and stir-fry. It is mainly clean and hygienic. The peanut oil used is also safe.
