Tofu Coated Meat

Stir minced green onion, ginger and shiitake mushrooms into pure minced meat, pour in rice wine and oyster sauce, beat an egg and stir evenly.

Cut the tofu clothes with scissors to a length of about 20 cm in width, and soften them with boiling water.

Spread it directly on the chopping board, spread the tofu coat, and put the minced meat in the middle about three centimeters away from the bottom.

First turn the bottom of the rotting clothes up, then turn the left and right sides in the middle, and finally roll up from the bottom to the ok.

Put water in the steamer, sprinkle some table salt on the tofu-coated meat, and scoop a spoonful of broth.
