The family likes to eat this sauce, both bibimbap and noodles are delicious.

Tofu Diced Egg Sauce

1. Tofu cut into small cubes

4. Cut garlic sprouts into small cubes

5. Chopped green onions

6. Add oil to the pot and cook until 40% hot. Pour into the tofu and fry slowly over medium and small heat.

7. Fry until the diced tofu is completely crispy, remove and set aside

8. Add white pepper powder and cooking wine to the egg to fully beat

9. Pour the hot oil in a hot pan into the egg mixture and fry into egg pieces, set aside for later use

10. Add oil to the wok, pour in chopped green onions and stir fry for a fragrance

11. Pour in the sweet noodle sauce and fry to get a fragrance (sweet noodle sauce should be diluted with water in advance to avoid frying)

12. The noodle sauce is boiled for about 1 minute, then add the diced tofu and boil again for 1 minute

13. Pour in the minced egg and boil

14. Add garlic sprouts and boil

15. Finally, add crushed red pepper and it will be out of the pot

Tips:

1. The sweet noodle sauce is salty, so don't add salt to the egg.
2. The sauce should be diluted with water in advance to prevent it from becoming mushy during frying.
