Tofu Fish

1. The materials are cleaned and cut for later use.

2. Add the green onion after the oil is hot

3. Add in star anise ginger and sauté

4. Saute the green onion and ginger and add 500ml of purified water

5. Put the tofu and crucian in the water, add salt, cooking wine, chicken powder and pepper, and bring to a boil

6. After the water is boiled, add the cabbage, turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes

7. Finally add tomatoes and cook for five minutes and you're done
