Soak the soybeans overnight, cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator.

Pour the soaked soybeans into the soymilk machine, add 1000ml of water to cover the lid, and turn on the soymilk function key to make soymilk.

Prepare another large bowl, pour the beaten soy milk down from the strainer to filter out the bean dregs.

Prepare a small bowl, add 2 grams of lactone to the bowl and dilute with warm water.

Pour the melted lactone water into a bowl, and then pour the soy milk, remember to pour down from a high place, so that the soy milk can be fully mixed with the lactone. Then use a spoon to skim off the foam and place the lid on for half an hour. Be careful not to stir with chopsticks, so as not to affect the solidification of the slurry.

To prepare the soup: add light soy sauce, sesame oil and chopped seaweed to a bowl, and make soy sauce soup with hot water.
