Tofu Lamb Roll

1. Preparation: Cut the tofu into square strips. According to the length of the mutton slices, do not cut the tofu too thick, just about one centimeter, too thick and not easy to taste.
Lamb slices can be bought for mutton-boiled, and you can defrost it when you buy it.
Mix the marinade with water, mix thoroughly, add 30 grams of marinade and dilute with 30 grams of water. I used the Golden BBQ marinade, which is a little bit spicy and delicious.

The lamb slices are thawed and flattened. This kind of mutton slices are generally shredded and can be wrapped in two slices.

Put the sliced tofu strips on top and slowly wrap it up.

Wrap everything and place it in a large flat-bottomed bowl.

Mix the marinade with water, generally 30 grams of marinade with 30 grams of water, and 60 grams of marinade with 60 grams of water. 60 grams can marinate one kilogram of meat.

Put the wrapped mutton tofu roll in a bowl, pour the marinade, wrap it in plastic wrap, and marinate for more than 2 hours.

Pour oil in the pan, heat it up, put the tofu and mutton rolls in and fry them on all sides.
Tips:
1. If you don't like lamb, you can replace it with beef or pork.
2. Do not cut the tofu too thick, just about one centimeter, and the length is determined by the length of the mutton slices.
3. The marinating time of the marinade can also be controlled by yourself. You can cook it one night in advance and fry it the next morning. You can also marinate it in the morning and eat it at noon. The process is very simple, and it can be done in two minutes.
