Tofu Meatball Soup

The ingredients prepared are: pork, old tofu, baby cabbage, green onions, shiitake mushrooms, ginger

Soak the shiitake mushrooms in warm water, remove the stalks of the soaked shiitake mushrooms, and chop fine

Cut green onions into chopped green onions; cut ginger into shreds and chop finely

The baby vegetables are opened one by one, washed and set aside

Pork slices, chopped into minced meat

Tips:
Choose old tofu for tofu, with less water content;
The proportion of tofu should not be too much, otherwise it will be scattered easily;
Hand chopped minced meat is more sticky
