Wash the kelp (kelp) and soak in water, add some white vinegar to the water to remove the fishy

Cut into small pieces for later use

Cut salmon and crab sticks into small pieces

Shiitake mushrooms are also cut into slices

Cut the soft tofu into small pieces and set aside

Add the right amount of water and half of the stewed thick soup treasure to the pot

After boiling, add kelp and shiitake mushrooms and simmer for about 20 minutes

Add tofu cubes and continue to simmer

Tips:
Don’t put the white miso too early, otherwise the fragrance will be gone. The amount of salt is also after the miso is put on at the end, see if it needs to be added.
