Tofu Mixed with Basil

Prepare the materials in the picture.

Cut the tofu into pieces, put it in a pot, add water and a little salt to a boil.

After the water boils, cook for another 2 minutes.

Remove and drain the water and set aside.

Cut the perilla finely and set aside.

Chop garlic, chili and ginger together.

Add chopped chili, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, and salt to taste (if you like sweet, you can put a little sugar and sesame oil, I'm losing weight, so I didn't put it).
