Soak the dried soybeans in cold water the night before.

Take another 250 grams of soaked raw soybeans, 1400 milliliters of water and 4.2 grams of lactone for use.

Take a colander and place it on the basin. Spread a moistened cotton cloth on the colander for a while to filter the bean dregs.

Pour 250 grams of soaked soybeans into the cup of the wall breaker

Heat the soy milk from which the bean dregs have been removed on a gas stove, and boil it on low heat for 12 minutes. (Soy milk is very easy to overflow the pot, so you must be optimistic, otherwise it is very difficult to rub!)

Weigh 4.2 grams of lactone in a basin, and then use 10 grams of boiling water to dissolve the lactone.

After the soy milk is boiled, pour it into a basin containing the melted lactone.

After pouring, don't stir it, just cover it and let it stand for 20 minutes.

We boil the remaining soybeans while standing still. (Please note that this is used as a side dish in the tofu brain at the end, not cooked soybeans to make the tofu brain. Remember.)

When standing still, we prepare chopped coriander, mustard mustard, hot sauce, leeks and light soy sauce.

Tips:
1 Pour the boiled soy milk into the bowl with the melted lactone. It is better to raise it slightly and smash it. After the pouring, don't stir it, just cover the lid.
2 Pay attention to heat preservation when standing still. My house is very hot, so keep it at room temperature. If your house is not heated and very cold, just sit the basin in warm water.
3 The ratio I made this time is 250 grams of soaked raw soybeans, 1400 ml of water, 4.2 grams of lactones are dissolved with 10 grams of boiling water.
