Tofu Soup

Cut the shiitake mushrooms, mushrooms, and fungus into small cubes as much as possible.

Stir the starch with water and set aside.

After the water is boiled, add the chili, oil, salt, and small diced cubes to a boil, add the cut tofu, and then add the water starch, and stir while pouring.

Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion and drizzle with sesame oil to serve.
