Tofu Soup

Prepare the ingredients, (there are no carrots and coriander at home)

Dice soaked dried shiitake mushrooms (you can use fresh shiitake mushrooms instead), carrots and ham sausage, and cut the tofu into small grids with a knife

Put water in a pot to boil, pour in diced mushrooms, diced carrots, add appropriate amount of salt, and cook for two minutes

Pour the tofu in the box into the pot, if large pieces can be mashed with a spatula. Cook for 2 minutes

Stir the set powder with water, pour it into the pot and stir, add chicken essence, turn off the heat

Beat the eggs and pour into the pot, turn off the heat
7.
Add sesame oil, green onion, coriander, and serve
