Tofu Soup with Carp Tail

After washing the carp, dry the water. Dice the tofu, wash the coriander and cut it into sections. Jiang Lianpi pats flat. stand-by

Put an appropriate amount of oil in a cold pan and wait until the oil is hot on medium heat.

Fry the fish tail fragrant on both sides (you must fry the other side before turning it over, otherwise it will stick to the bottom.)

After the fish tail is fried, there is a little oil in the pan, so fry the ginger. (Not more than one minute)

Put the fish tail and ginger into the rice pot first, and then add the water. Start to cook

Boiler (I usually use a gas stove to cook for 90 minutes. The water in the rice cooker does not decrease much.

Boil for one hour, add tofu on medium and low heat, continue to cook, add coriander for the last ten minutes. Finally, add salt and stir well.
Tips:
The fish tail must be fried before the soup will have the color of milk. Otherwise it won't!
