Tofu Soup with Dried Shrimps and Seaweed
1.
Wash the kelp; * I bought the kelp knot, untie it and wash it clean and then re-tie the knot (because the feeling of biting into the sand is really bad), or you can cut it into small pieces directly
2.
Cut the tofu into small pieces and cook it in boiling water; * This will remove the beany smell
3.
Heat oil in a pot, sauté ginger slices and green onions, add dried shrimps and fry until fragrant;
4.
Pour kelp and tofu, add salt, and shake the pot a few times;
5.
Add an appropriate amount of water (or stock) and cover the pot;
6.
Bring to a high heat, turn to medium and low heat and simmer until the seaweed tofu is delicious, about 15 minutes, and finally the chicken essence is seasoned, and you are ready!
