Tofu Soup with Quail Egg and Pork Ribs

Rinse the ribs two or three times with water. Pour cold water into the pot, add ginger slices, bring to a boil, and blanch.

Soak the dried yuba in clear water.

Quail needs to be cooked and shelled.

After blanching, put the ribs into a casserole. Add red dates and water.

Add water to a boil, turn to medium-low heat and simmer.

The prepared pumpkin can be steamed on the steamer. Other dishes can also be steamed.

Simmer the ribs for about 40 minutes, add yuba quail eggs and boil for a minute or two.

Add salt to taste.

Tips:
1. The yuba is easy to be cooked, so just put it in the soup.
2. Steamed vegetables can be put into the pot after the soup is boiling. The pumpkin can be steamed for 10 minutes.
