Tofu Soup with Salmon Head

Wash the fish head, drain the water and set aside.

Wash the mushrooms and butterfly seedlings, and cut the tofu into small pieces for later use.

Heat the pan with oil, saute the ginger slices, put the fish head in the pan, pour a small amount of cooking wine, cover the pan and simmer for a while.

Fry until slightly yellow on both sides.

Pour in the right amount of boiling water, the fish head is better, cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes.

Add tofu and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Add shiitake mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes, then add butterfly seedlings, sprinkle in appropriate amount of salt, pepper, and chicken essence.
