Tofu Stewed with Minced Meat

Main ingredients: northern tofu, green onion ginger, bean paste, minced pork

Rinse the tofu and cut into 1.5 cm square pieces

Soak the cut tofu in light salt water for a while. Can remove the beany smell.

Mince the green onion and ginger separately

Put two teaspoons of cooking oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion and ginger, and stir until fragrant.

Add minced meat and stir fry

Stir fry until the minced meat changes color, add cooking wine and stir fry

Add Pixian Doubanjiang

After frying the red oil, add sugar and light soy sauce

Add a little water and stir well

Drain the soaked tofu into the pressure cooker.

Pour in the fried minced meat

Choose chicken and duck stew for 30 minutes.

The stewing process is over and there is more soup in the pressure cooker.

Open the lid and select the juice and flavor key, the default is 8 minutes.

Tips:
Pixian Doubanjiang is relatively salty, so put as little or no salt as possible.
