Tofu Stuffed with Sauce

Prepare oily tofu and minced pork (the minced pork is seasoned)

Cut the triangle oil tofu in half

Hollow out

Stuffed in the minced pork and smoothed

After stuffing, cover the pot with cold water and cook on high heat

After boiling, open to clear the foam

Add appropriate amount of fish sauce, cover and turn to medium-low heat and cook through, about 20 minutes

Cook until the process prepares the chopped coriander

Add chopped pepper, oyster sauce and sugar to the bowl

Add cornstarch and 4 tablespoons of water and mix well

After cooking, turn it on and season with chicken powder

Scoop up the oily tofu and put it in a basin

Turn the soup in the pot to high heat to boil, pour in the sauce to thicken and boil, then turn off the heat

Pour the sauce on the oily tofu
15.
Sprinkle cilantro on the side and serve
Tips:
1. After the oily tofu is boiled, the oil foam will float, and the soup will become delicious and clear after it is cleared;
2. Don't adjust the sauce to be too salty, the oily tofu is almost cooked and very tasty
3. Don't add chopped pepper if you don't eat spicy food. Mine is homemade, it looks very spicy but it's only slightly spicy.
