Tofu with Cabbage Head and Oil

Wash and shred the oily tofu. I bought the oily tofu

Wash the cabbage, take the cabbage head and shred it

Mince garlic and ginger, and cut green onion into sections for later use.

Put oil in a pan and sauté the minced ginger and garlic. Add Chinese cabbage and stir-fry until soft, add oiled bean paste, add appropriate amount of water, add green onion, and cook for two minutes until the bean paste becomes soft.

Stir in salt, chicken powder, light soy sauce, add green onion leaves, a little chili and stir well, then serve.
