Tofu with Chives and Jade

Wash the leeks and cut into small pieces.

Mince garlic and shred red pepper.
3.
Cut the jade tofu into small pieces.
4.
Each piece of tofu is dipped in thin flour
5.
Heat the oil pan, fry the tofu until golden on both sides, set aside.
6.
Use the remaining oil in the pot to saute the minced garlic.
7.
Add shredded red pepper and chives and fry until soft.
8.
Pour in tofu.
9.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, cornstarch and water.
10.
Pour it into the pot and simmer for a while.
11.
Eat deliciously.
