This is a homemade dish made with kelp, cabbage, and frozen tofu. In fact, you can also combine any two of them. Generally, it is best to choose frozen tofu for cooking dishes. If you use fresh tofu, it is best to choose stew, with more soup.

Tofu with Kelp and Cabbage

1. Main ingredients: Chinese cabbage, soaked kelp, frozen tofu

2. Wash the cabbage and cut into pieces

3. Wash the kelp foam and cut into pieces

4. Hot oil, sautéed chives

5. Add cabbage and stir fry

6. Add a little soy sauce

7. Stir fry evenly

8. Add frozen tofu and kelp

9. Stir it well

10. Add appropriate amount of water and cook for 5 minutes

11. Season with salt

12. When the cabbage and kelp are cooked thoroughly, turn off the heat

13. Put it out of the pot and serve on the plate, ready to taste

Tips:

1. Put less soy sauce to prevent the color from becoming too heavy.
2. The kelp should be soaked and washed in advance, or it can be cooked before use.
