Tips:
For this dish, the seasoning sauce is very important. Use the sauce according to the amount of tofu, not too salty. I used the ready-made Mapo Tofu Stir-Fry Sauce.
In this dish, the minced meat must not be missing, it will enhance the flavor and freshness.
The water starch should not be too thick, just add a thin layer of gorgon, so that the tofu cubes can be flavored.
