Tofu with Mushroom and Oyster Sauce

Wash shiitake mushrooms and cut diagonally.

Cut the tofu into large pieces and fry until both sides are crispy.
3.
Use the leftover oil from frying tofu to saute the shallots and dried red peppers.

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.
5.
Add the fried tofu.
6.
Add the right amount of water and bring the oyster sauce to a boil.
7.
When the soup is almost exhausted, sprinkle coriander out of the pot.
Tips:
When frying the tofu, don't worry, wait until the bottom of the tofu is crusted before turning it over.
