Tofu with Mushrooms
1.
Change the tofu with a knife, and set aside.
2.
Stir-fry minced meat in a hot pan with cold oil, then stir-fry with Yuanru.
3.
Add the tofu while sautéing the above two.
4.
Add seasonings in turn, add some boiling water, add some sesame oil and chopped green onion.
5.
Serve ready to serve.
Tips:
Tofu use soft tofu (not smoked).
