Yuzi tofu, also known as Japanese tofu. I made this dish today, mainly because I wanted to try a small mold I made myself. Use this small mold to cut jade tofu into "chrysanthemum" shapes. Please enjoy it.

Tofu with Oyster Sauce

1. Pack the jade tofu.

2. Cut each into 3 segments.

3. This is the small mold. Stand up the tofu section and gently press it with a mold to form the shape of a chrysanthemum petal.

4. After being cut, they are placed on the plate one by one.

5. Boil water into the pot and steam for 5 minutes.

6. After taking it out, decant the soup in the dish.

7. Add a little oil to the pot, cook the light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and add some water.

8. After boiling, add a little MSG for freshness. (It can also be omitted)

9. Pour the boiled oyster sauce onto the plate. Garnish with coriander and serve.

Tips:

You can also use tomato sauce to boil the juice, which is "Tomato Tofu in Tomato Sauce".
