Tofu with Sauce

Cut the tofu into one-centimeter thick slices.

Blanch the tofu in hot water to remove the peculiar smell.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, put the tofu in the pan and fry on low heat.

When frying the tofu, chop the shallots into minced shallots.

Put seasoned soy sauce, a little pepper powder, a spoonful of seasoning sugar and appropriate amount of water in a bowl and mix well.

The tofu is fried on one side and then turned over and fried on the other side. You can continue to turn and cook until the outside is charred and the inside is tender.

After the tofu is fried, pour the sauce into the pan and stir-fry until the tofu is evenly covered with the sauce.

Add the chili noodles, stir-fry evenly and spread on a plate, sprinkle with chives.
