Yuzi tofu is also known as Japanese tofu, internal fat tofu, egg tofu, and egg jade crystal. Although the texture is similar to tofu, it does not contain any bean ingredients. Children like it very much.

Tofu with Seafood and Green Beans

1. Boil the green beans in water for five minutes;

2. Heat the pot and add some salad oil;

3. Add the jade tofu and fry until golden on both sides;

4. Add the marinated shrimp and stir fry evenly;

5. Add green beans and stir-fry evenly;

6. Add the fried jade tofu;

7. Add water, salt, soy sauce and pepper;

Tips:

1. Boil the green beans in water for five minutes in advance to make them more powdery and rotten;

3. You can buy live shrimp and peel it back, or you can buy frozen shrimp directly in the supermarket.
