Kelp is known as "Longevity Vegetable", "Vegetable of the Sea", and "Iodine Champion". Judging from its nutritional value, it is indeed a health-care and longevity food. There are many ways to eat kelp, such as cold salad, meat stir-fry, and simmering soup.

Tofu with Seaweed

1. Clean the soaked kelp and cut into pieces, slice the rice tofu, cut some sharp peppers to increase the spiciness, and a little chives

2. Fry the kelp first, fry for a while

3. Put in rice tofu

4. Stir well

5. Add salt to taste
