Tofu with Shallots

Rinse the tofu

Steam on the steamer for 5 minutes

Chop the shallots into finely chopped pieces and set aside
4.
Crush the slightly cold tofu with a spoon, add salt and chicken essence
5.
Then add chopped green onions and drizzle in sesame oil
6.
Stir evenly and put it on the plate
