Tofu with Tomato Minced Meat

Wash the tender tofu, cut into pieces, soak in salt water for 15 minutes, and prepare the minced meat.

Wash the onions and cut into small cubes; wash the tomatoes, peel them, and cut into small pieces.

Pour oil in the pan, heat it up, pour in the onions and fry them until they are fragrant.

Pour in minced meat and stir fry, add cooking wine.

Add pepper and stir well.

After the minced meat is fried, add tomatoes and stir fry.

Remove the tofu and put it in the pot and cook for 10 minutes. (If you like more soup, you can add proper amount of water)

Add the right amount of tomato paste and salt, stir carefully, and turn off the heat.

Out of the pot, sprinkle with the right amount of green onion.
