Tom Mushroom Soup with Chicken Sauce

Ingredients.

Peel and slice winter melon.

Use a cooking machine to beat the winter melon into puree.

Add water to a boiling pot, add ginger and boil.

Add winter melon and chicken sauce.

Add water starch after boiling.

Add the beaten egg whites after boiling the soup until thick.

Tips:
This is a very light soup, using egg whites to make the color more refreshing. If you must use whole eggs, it's okay.
