Tom Yum Goong Pasta

Put water in the pot, after boiling, add olive oil, salt and pasta

Open the lid and cook on medium heat for 8 minutes, then turn off the heat, remove the water to control dryness, add half a teaspoon of olive oil, mix the pasta well and set aside

Slice the mushrooms, blanch them in water for half a minute and remove them for use

Boil the Arctic shrimp for half a minute, remove and set aside

Add two spoons of Tom Yum Goong sauce and mix well

Then add cucumber flowers, blanched Arctic shrimp, mushroom slices, and mix slightly.
