Tom Yum Goong Soup

1. Process the shrimp, remove the gut from the shrimp and set aside. When the shrimp is being processed, it is easy to pull out the sand line before picking the second and third last section of the shrimp tail with a toothpick.

2. For the side dishes, wash and slice the green lemon, slice the lemongrass, chop the red pepper, and slice the ginger.

3. Boil the spices, put water in a pot, add green lemon, citronella, ginger, lemon leaves and cook for the aroma, then remove the spices. Mixing the fished spices with the fresh shrimps can better help remove the fishy smell.

4. To cook the soup, put Tom Yum Goong sauce in the pot, add the fresh shrimp, cook until the shrimp turns red, cook the shrimp for a long time, do not cook for too long, the shrimp will age, which will affect the taste and taste. Finally add coconut milk and fish sauce to taste.

5. Put it out of the pot and put it in a bowl, add coriander when you drink it, it tastes even better~
